Training:
The center presents training sessions in a variety of fields in computing and program systems and in using computers and programming in different languages, which has aided the center to accomplish entrusted tasks to the highest degree of proficiency. Training can be divided into the categories

General Training (including courses about) - Operating and utilizing the computer. - Office programs and scheduling (Word, Excel, …). -Windows, operation system programs (Unix). - Power Point (Information Displaying) programs. - SQL, Access programs. - Diversity of Applications (Auto CAD, Photoshop, Macromedia). Sessions to prepare university tutors. S.C.C. offered freely top graduates sessions in 2001: trainees 132, for 96 hours.
Ministry of Communications courses Special courses for ministry of communications are held in the center (near 1000 students annually for postgraduates) |

=> Courses are held by the center for children of workers and employees in Cairo University in all specializations. => Summer Courses are held by the center for children of C.U. educational staff including: Course from 7/9/2005 (from 10 am – 1 pm / from 5 pm- and from 2 pm) in the neighborhood and sidelong statistics institute, computer and information faculty are held courses in Center headquarters: 5 st. Remarks and Instructions 1. The program includes practical and theoretical training. Each learner will have a computer for him. 2. Training labs are completely equipped and air-conditioned. 3. Lecturers are qualified in computer sciences and info technology. 4. The center grants an authorized certificate from Cairo University that can be Foreign Ministry-stamped for travelers abroad. 5. The center grants discounts for state institutions and authorities, provided that the number of trainees candidates are 8 or more. 6. A discount of 15% is granted students of the universities institutes and post-graduates. 7. Courses hours are in the evening: from 3 pm to 6 p.m., from 6.00 p.m. to p.m. & for enquiries, coming up to the center is available. 8. Reservation date is open at training department.
